1. Declaratio no emite ni emitirá confirmaciones al recibir las firmas. Si diligenciaste tus datos y los enviaste a través del botón "enviar / send", puedes estar seguro de que hemos recibido tu firma.
Declaratio does not issue and will not issue confirmations upon receipt of signatures. If you filled out your data and sent it through the "enviar / send" button, you can be sure that we have received your signature.
2. El ingreso de las firmas se hace de manera manual, no automática; es por esta razón que las firmas no aparecen publicadas de inmediato. En este sentido, pedimos paciencia y colaboración: cada persona debe firmar UNA SOLA VEZ.
The entry of the signatures is done manually, not automatically; it is for this reason that the signatures are not published immediately. In this sense, we ask for patience and collaboration: each person must sign ONLY ONCE.
3. El listado de los firmantes puede descargarse en PDF a través del link "FIRMANTES / SIGNATORIES" que aparece en el menú. El archivo se actualizará periódicamente en la medida en que se vayan recibiendo e ingresando las nuevas firmas.
The list of signatories can be downloaded in PDF through the link "FIRMANTES / SIGNATORIES" that appears in the menu. The file will be updated periodically as new signatures are received and entered.
4. Si, transcurrido un tiempo considerable (una semana o dos) después de haber enviado tu firma, ésta no aparece publicada y quieres volver a firmar, te pedimos: antes de hacerlo, por favor no dejes de verificar el PDF con la lista - así evitaremos duplicidades.
If, after a considerable time (a week or two) after having sent your signature, it does not appear published and you want to sign again, we ask you: before doing so, please check the PDF with the list - thus we will avoid duplicities.
5. Para firmar, ingresa por la entrada de la Declaratio en tu lengua materna o en la de tu preferencia.
To sign, enter the post of the Declaratio in your native language or in the language of your preference.
6. Los formularios diligenciados con el solo nombre, sin el apellido o los apellidos, no se tendrán en cuenta.
The forms filled out with the only name, without the surname or surnames, will not be taken into account.
